Sniyah's Nails is a solo nail studio in Northeast PA. This policy explains what information is collected when you book or message, how it is used, and what is never done with it.
What is collected
- Your name and mobile number — so an appointment can be booked and confirmed.
- Your appointment details — the service requested, date and time.
- Anything you choose to send — inspiration photos or notes about your set.
No payment card details are collected or stored. Deposits and payments are handled directly through Cash App or in person.
Text messages and consent
You opt in to receive text messages by texting this business directly, or by giving your mobile number when booking an appointment by phone or on this website. Messages are limited to appointment booking, confirmations, changes and reminders.
Message frequency varies by how often you book. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to actually deliver a message or hold a booking — a phone carrier and a scheduling provider — and only for that purpose.
How your information is used
- To book, confirm, change or cancel your appointment.
- To answer questions you send about services or availability.
- To keep a record of appointments and of who has asked not to be texted.
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept while you remain a client. If you opt out of texts, a record of that opt-out is kept indefinitely — that is what makes the opt-out permanent.

- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply START to resume.
- Call (570) 203-7951 to ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted.
Children
This site and service are not directed to children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
